The latest ICC’s new ISBP 821 is now available, since April 2023.
The publication is an update of ISBP 745 with just a few additions as a result of certain Opinions since ISBP 745 was published.
For example, 2 paragraphs in the Scope of the publication section:
– paragraph (viii) – paragraph (ix). A new A31b explains that copies need not be signed even if the credit states that all documents must be signed., etc.
